1. Educating the partner community on PESA, RTI and NREGA.

2. Activating the VEC and promoting inclusive education.

3. Promotion of barrier free environment.

4. Inclusion of PWDs especially of girls and women with disability.

5. Ensuring girl child education

6. Establishment of the rural entrepreneurship units for the value addition of the locally available raw materials viz. the horticulture produces/NTFPs and market linkages etc. through Gajapati Women Self Help Cooperative Ltd - a Federations of Women SHGs.

7. Strengthening and opening of branches of the Gajapati Women Self-Help Co-Operatives Ltd., in different blocks of Gajapati to provide easier access to the community for savings and credit trasactions.

8. Strengthening MILAN Disable network - as a strong social action forum at district level and establishing a resource cum vocational training center for the capacity and career building of the persons with Disability .
